About Me

I am a psychotherapist and mindbody coach based in Los Angeles, CA. I began working with chronic pain clients at the Pain Psychology Center in Los Angeles where I received extensive clinical training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, an evidence based treatment. To help clients overcome chronic pain and other symptoms, I utilize a combination of approaches including psychodynamic, experiential, emotionally -focused interventions, as well as mindfulness-based somatic approaches, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I also specialize in working with patients with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, attachment trauma, and relational issues. I am passionate about assisting clients in building understanding and insight, and in connecting more deeply with themselves in order to improve their lives and heal.
